The Woodrow Hall Top Shelf Awards brought to you by Poetry Jumps Off the Shelf is a contest intended to acknowledge and celebrate poems that have earned an audience through prior publication and/or by placing in former contests. While most editors mandate that submissions to their journals and contests be not-yet-witnessed work, this contest is designed to provide further notoriety and a wider readership to those poems that have already proven their excellence.
